Glasses

Caleb found his sport, Football.  He plays left tackle and were nearly undefeated until East played Bartlett (Amir and my alma mater). He had a good season and it was fun to attend his games. I do not think I will ever understand the rules of that sport. But I will keep trying.

Joshua's Baptism

Joshua was baptized in September 2012.  He was a little anxious but Amir did not give him much time to think about it.  A good friend stated that was the fastest baptism in history. Amir knows Josh too well.  We thought about waiting until he was a little older but decided to go ahead when he turned 8.  Josh did understand what was going on and we had a wonderful week.

Grandma's Visit

Grandma Jillene came up to visit us in September.  We had a lovely time eating in Girdwood, going to a couple of movies, Saturday's market and spending three days without power due to a lovely windstorm.  Grandma was a real trooper and we loved having her here.  Good stories to tell later on.

First Day of School 2012

It is Aliyeh's senior year.

Caleb is a freshman.  He is trying his best not to smile.

It has been since elementary school that these two attended school together.

 Tya is in junior high.
 Micah is in fourth grade.
Josh is ever so happy to be going back to school.  This facial expression sums up how he feels going to school.
